★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service compared to any other branch or bank around the world. Never have I walked into this branch and not waited at least 2 hours for their slow service. Even if there were only 2 other customers, you wait for at least 2 hours. Humiliating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch in jeddah, i went two days to collect atm card that i make in online account, and the lady she just told that she can't see new account in your iquama and she told come tommorow, next day i went by making online account and take the account details, i waited for 2 and a half hours one guy for counter ask why u r waiting, i told i want to collect my atm, suddenly he told the machine for making new card is not working,
Just before one guy took new card and gone i saw that..simply telling lies .. This is not the rite way to treat publics...Customer Humilating
