Just today I check my balance in my account and all of a sudden there is transaction yesterday 30.04.2020 which deduct a 493.5 sar from STC which I never did.
I already make a complain to the bank thru calling there customer care.
But the question is "our account are still safe" how this possibly happen that STC deducted an amount from my account without my consent.
This is so alarming???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very bad slow and you have to wait for two hours in average to get the service that you need, whether for customer service or cashier.
Their staff is good but they are not well trained.
Customer service is bad in the most of their brands, may be because they want people to count more on phone and online support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience wasn’t the greatest today,
To be honest, they do have enough parking. Getting to the bank is an issue with so much traffic. The number-tickets dispatch machine was not working so They has to give out a number on the yellow post-it piece of paper! they were calling out numbers and people were confused as to who is being called. At the end the teller was nice and I Got what I came for
