★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العملاء الموجودين ٣-٤ تقريبًا عدد الموظفين اكثر من العملاء تقريبًا ٥-٦ ومع ذلك انتظار بشكل كبير جدًا يعني اقل من ٢٥ دقيقه احلم، عالاقل ٣٠-٤٠ دقيقه وكل عميل يجلس تقريبًا عند الموظف ١٥-٢٠ دقيقه ! عمل بطيء جدًا جدًا ما ادري هو بطىء في النظام؟ ولا سوء تدريب للموظفين؟ لكن حالهم يُرثى له، بعض البنوك خلال ٥-٧ دقائق وانت مخلص
