★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف سوء البنك يتمثل في قلة الموظفين، والا الموظفين الموجودين يبدلون جهد طيب ولكن بنك كبير لايوجد سوى ٤ موظفين والمدير مسكر بابه!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فروعه في الرياض ممتازه لكن في المنطقة الجنوبية في الباحه زفت اللي يفتح حساب في فرعهم في منطقة الباحه بيتعب كل شهرين لازم تراجعهم تجدد الحساب سلامات ليش كذا ياليت تحاسبون المتسبب اللي في منطقة الباحه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افشل فرع زرتة.. خذيت شهر ونصف كل يوم وانا عندهم عشان ورقة مخالصة ( اخلاء طرف ) وبعد معاناه قدمت شكوى ع ( سماء) البنك المركزي فاشلين في ما تعنية الكلمة ويسكر قبل وقت الصلاة ومتبقي وقت كثير عن الصلاة كذالك يسكر قبل الوقت المحدد له والمصري اللي ع القروض يتكلم من طرف خشمة كاني جاي اطلبه من حلاله
