★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة الموظفات سيئة الطبيعي اول ما ندخل تشوف الموظفة ايش نحتاج خدمة وعلى اساسها تعطيني رقم لخدمة الحساب او التمويل او خدمة ثانية و الي مو طبيعي لما نجلس ان الموظفات يسئلون كل عميلة عن الخدمة الي تحتاجها وبصوت عالي كانا بفصل مو في بنك محترم وفجئة الكل الساع ١:٣٠ اخذ بريك اول مرة اشوف بريك جماعي لخدمة عملاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة سيئة والبنك موظفينه من جنبها والي يقدم خدمة العملاء شخص واحد وساعتين عشان اجدد بطاقة الصراف
The service is bad and the bank has staff on its side, who provides customer service for one person and for two hours to renew the ATM card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بدون كثرة كلام خدماتهم لاترقى الى مصاف البنوك المحترمة . ماقد دخلت وشعرت بان الزبون له اهمية ابدا.
Without much talk, their services do not rise to the ranks of respectable banks. I did not enter and felt that the customer is important at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ للغايه . شهر كامل وانا طالب مخالصه وكشف حساب . ٣ مرات ينطبع كشف حساب ويطلع فيه غلط . ويندفع للثلاثه رسوم . يعني انا ادفع اخطاء الموظف . من كثر ما اجيهم عرفو وجهي وشكلي . اذا جيتهم وتقول بحول راتبي عندكم خدموك حياك الله البنك بنكك . واذا بتحول راتبك من عندهم مرمطوك وسحبوك على وجهك وماعاد فيه احترام حسبي الله عليهم . تعامل زفت . بطيئين . يعني اللي عنده ظغط وسكر لا يروح لفرع البديعه . المفروض من الاداره العامه بعد كل هذي التقييمات يرتقون مثل باقي البنوك في خدماتهم تغيير الطقم
