Bashayer helped me and she is the only good one, the other two assistants were asking her questions all the time and WASTING customers time. They wanted to pack their bracelets for display instead of packing my jewelery and letting me pay for it! Truly incompetent, without Bashayer I would have left without buying anything. Also: NO GIFT OPTIONS. NO RIBBONS, NO CARDS, NO GIFT PACKING. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
