رفضت ارجاع قطعة في نفس يوم الشراء بحجة أن الدفع تم بالبطاقة ولم تمر ٢٤ ساعة من الدفع مع العلم أنها لم تذكر ذلك عند الدفع !!
وقالت أنه نظام معروف و يتبع في جميع المحلات!!!
بل تلفظت على والدتي قائلة " في ذمتك في هالشهر ان كنتي تكذبين" " لا تكذبين اكتبي الرقم صح مو تحطين رقم غلط" " دايم اللي يجونا من خارج الرياض يسببون مشاكل"
اقترح الحاقهن بدورات في الأخلاق و حسن التعامل تؤهلهن للتعامل مع الزبائن
تم اعادة المبلغ ناقص ٣ ريال لم أطالب بها اتقاء سوء تعاملهن
