★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of my worst experince ever in this branch of paris gallery i been to different stor with welcoming attitude not this one. i have bought a perfume as gift and two days later in found out the perfume is broken i keep small it everywhere when i bought it i went back to them to complain they said we will contact the company to make an action about it i was surprised how huge the stor is they are unable to make an action to replace it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hostile environment, wouldn’t recommend. Staff scattered all over the store but disappear once you need help. They ask you if you need help and get surprised if you say yes then run away. The place is almost always empty I don’t really know why the staff run away from customers. Sold me the wrong product it was a headache. They don’t have anything unique and prices aren’t competitive, I personally see no reason to shop here.
