★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money debited since yesterday but still unable to extend family visit visa also expiring tomorrow. When I called their customer service they told its a system Issue but will be normally updated after 24 to 28 hrs. Its already more then 24hrs thats why will wait for another 4hrs & see or else will buy tawuniya insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arabian shield is the cheapest medical insurance among the 5 insurance companies, in which we can extend insurance. Even the location is in the heart of Olaya it is so feasible to reach there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer don't go with this company, i think they are cheating people. I took Insurance for my wife from INDIA while stamping Visa, This insurance was for 1 year, When I try to renew My Wife's visit visa It shows No Insurance on Absher, Once I contact with the company, they are telling I need to take new Insurance, and its not valid.
Don't Take this insurance, Go with some good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious. Their online insurances are not really online especially medical insurance for visit visa. They may take more than a week to give you policy and even more time to upload on CCHI. You may need to call them, send email or go to their office multiple times to get for which you had already paid. If this is the condition at the time of purchasing an insurance then imagine what would happen when you would make a claim. Just stay away from this company is my advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even one star is way more than this company deserve. This is the worst ever insurance company. Anyone who hasn't encounter with this company yet beware of this and never do insurance from this company. My husband had done my insurance from this company but at the time of extension in CCHI it was showing Inactive. Than he visited their office and did another insurance from them but it's already been 6 days and still the insurance is not updated on CCHI hence we are unable to extend the visa. When he again today visited their office they are not ready to take any responsibility nor they are going to refund the amount. This company has worst customer service ever their staff is so unprofessional have no ethics how to work and how to serve the customers. It's a kind warning for everyone never take insurance from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I can rate the only person in the customer service who answered my call she deserve 5 stars. But 99% of the CS agents that answered my call put me on hold. Took me 2hours total on the line. So frustrating that we cannot extend visas just because we need to call them before our insurance gets posted in CCHI.
