★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قبل مااجي هذا الفرع اتصلت عالرقم الموحد سألتهم عن تأمين السفر وقالت موجود تفضلي الفروع ، اكدت عليها هل موجود بفرع العليا وقالت نعم هل يطول ؟ لا ابدا بدقايق ورحت قبل موعدي بساعتين والصدمه !!! الموظف المسؤول عن تأمين السفر شخص وااااحد بداوم المسا واصلا مو هذا الفرع المخصص للمبيعات !! اعطو المعلومات الصحيحه للكول سنتر ولا تضيعو وقت البشرية معكم
 Before coming to this branch, I called the unified number and asked them about travel insurance and they said there are branches, please. No I never minutes and I went two hours before my appointment and was shocked!!! The employee responsible for the travel insurance, one person, always working in the evening, and not this branch dedicated to sales!! Give the correct information to the call center and don't waste humanity's time with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. Their visitor visa medical insurance means nothing if you can't submit your claims. Their app is beyond any logic. And to try and get any help from the staff is near on impossible. I hope they can fix my situation so as I can give them a more positive review.
