اسوأ فرع بنك مر علي بحياتي يداومون بدري ولكن عملهم الفعلي يبدأ من بعد الظهر بحجة ان السستم كان عطلان فترة الصباح ..
كل ما اجيهم واحصل كبار السن واقفين مساكين ينتظرون ولما تطلع مواقف الموظفين تحصلهم يدخنون ويسولفون والمراجعين تركوا مشاغلهم ومستعجلين والمشكله ان كبار السن يصدقونهم ولا يتكلمون.
ما الوم الا ((مدير البنك)) كل ما اجي البنك ما احصله واسأل عنه يقولون عنده حاله بالمستشفى..
المشكله تجي الصباح ورقمك يكون 3 او 4 لكن ما يخلصونك الا بعد الظهر
كلامي على الفرع فقط.. اما البنك العربي فهو جيد في خدماته
لأن هذ البنك قريب من بيتي ودايم يتأخرون ويعقدون ولكن اتجه لفرع آخر ما شاء انجاز وسرعه واحترام للمراجع
اكرر ما الوم الا مدير فرع البنك العربي بفرع الشفا

لحد يتعامل مع هالبنك يطولون بالاجراءات حتى لو كانت معامله جداً سهله تخلص في اسبوع !! يطولونها شهور وشهور حسبي الله عليهم روحي لاي بنك الا هذا لا تتعاملون معه وشكراً وفوق هذا اسلوب الموظفين ماشاء الله يعني لا بنك ولا موظفين ابعدو عنهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قبل كم شهر كنت متضايقة من تعاملهم البطيء في استخراج البطاقة لكن والله انه افضل بنك من ناحية الخدمات والسرعة بعتمده كنت منحده عليهم بسبب مكافأتي لكن ان شاء الله الراتب بيكون على صرافة العربي ?? أكثر شي عاجبني الحوالات و سرعتها ما شاء الله
