الصيدلية تعتبر جاذبة للزبائن لأمور منها :
١- توفر الأدوية والكماليات وحليب الأطفال والحفاظات
٢- توفر بعض الأجهزة التي يحتاجها بعض المرضى
٣- في حال عدم توفر الدواء في أي فرع تدخله يمكنك سؤال الصيدلي عن أقرب فرع يوجد به الدواء
٤- تتميز صيدليات النهدي عموما بنظام النقاط الذي يمكنك من تجميع النقاط ثم الاستفادة منها وللتفصيل يمكنك زيارة تطبيق نهديك
٥- في بعض الفروع يمكن العميل استشارة موظف(طبيب أو صيدلي) متفرغ لهذا الشأن
