★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبحان المغير ولا يتغير اول ياسلام احسن تعامل الان سيئ للغااايه وانفسهم زفت ويتعاملون معك كانك جاي بتاخذ منهم انا الحمدلله سحبت ورحت بنك الامريكى افضل تعامل. فوق انهم سئين لا يوجد تقيم وتغلط بعد بالحساب كم مره غلطت ورجعت لها كريهيين ولا فيه مديره تروح له ابد موظفه وحده الباقين مدرى عنهم نسمع ضحكهم ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا الفرع سيئ جدا..بمعنى الكلمة..ليست تجربه سنه او سنتين تقريبا لي عندهم اكثر من ١٠ سنوات ما يقارب ١٢ سنه..ووضعهم في الفرع من سيئ الى اسوء..
خدمة العملاء لا يوجد الا موظف واحد وبشكل دائما ..الصالة زحمة ومدير الفرع لا يقدم اي حلول بأضافة موظف اخر او يهتم بسؤال العملاء عن احتياجاتهم ..من الفرع .
حتى اني ابي اطلع بطاقة تمكين واقدم عن طريق النت واتواصل معهم بالجوال...يقول لازم تراجع الفرع ههههه
البنوك الثانية يتواصلون معك وتوصل البطاقة لك في البيت.
الحمدلله انها اخر سنه معهم في القرض وبعدها اطلع من عندهم

ليه احنا نودع فيه المال ونتعامل معامله غير لائقه للاسف.موظفات غير متفهمات اسلوب سوقى ولا فيه مديره فرع. اسلوب استفزازي ليه والرجال. احسن شوى بس ليه ماتترتقون عزيزتى يوجد بنووووك كثيره الموظفات خربو السمعه للاسف انا وجميع صديقاتى واهلي حولنا بنك اخر. بس انا للامانه حبيت اعلمكم لعل ان احد يقراء م كتبت وترى اشتكينا وكلمونا قالو ابشرو ولا صار شء التعامل نفسه سوقى وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفات بطيئات جداً وتعامل سيء جداً سويت معامله عندهم قالوا نتصل عليكي وغبت يمكن سنتين ورجعت طلبت ثاني مره ونفس الكلام نتصل عليكي جيتهم ثالث مره قالوا نفس الكلام ولما قلت ليش كذا تعاملكم تقول الموظفه اللي كانت ماسكه معاملتك نقلت يعني مصالح الناس تنتهي بمجرد الموظفه تنقل ولا كيف ؟؟؟ بقاله هي ؟؟
