رحت لهم اسحب مبلغ من حساب ورثة والله ماسحبت الا بعد طلوع الروح ممكن خمس اشهر ف البداية قال ( حجي الشمراني) موظف خدمة العملاء جيب اوراق حصر الورثة والوكالات ونرفع لك طلب يستمر ١٠ ايام عمل وبعد اسبوعين مريتهم قال ماجاء رد ارجع لنا بعد اسبوع واستمر الوضع هذا مدة شهرين وبعدها قال جاء رد على المتوفى بطاقة ائتمانية روح فرع صاري وارفع طلب عندهم وبعد مارفعت طلب ف صاري قال بعد ١٠ ايام عمل واستمرت المماطلات لحد مارفعت عليهم شكوى وبعدها بدؤوا يتجاوبون ولكن كانت تجربة سيئة من بنك وموظفين وبالأخص موظف خدمة عملاء اسمة علي ثقيل طينة وقليل ادب وسيئ الخلق مع جميع المراجعين .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انت و حضك اذا ما الموظف منفس بتخلص بدري واذا النفسيه ضاربه فالله يعينك على اللطعه والمشكله ان الاستقبال مايفيدك هل هم بيخلصون شغلتك اللي جاي عليها او لا يقول امسك سراء لين توصل للموظف وبعدها يفيدك وراح يومك عندهم نسأل الله العلي العظيم ان يصلحهم ويبارك فيهم ويبعد النفسيات عنهم هههههه.
