العميل يجلس قدام الموظف تقريبا من ١٥ الى ٣٠ دقيقة عشان يفتح حساب والعملاء كثير
والمكان مزدحم ولايوجد كراسي انتظار تكفي العملاء، انا حاليا جالس ع الارض تعبت من الوقفة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not start your business day at 9:30 am if you are not going to entertain customers at that time. I saw the customer service agents going back and forth while a lot of customers are waiting. Had to wait almost 1 hour just to get serviced.
