★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنك زبالة حسبي الله بس يضحكو عالناس مافي الا وحده تشتغل و البنات اعدادهم كبيرة لا و يخلوهم يستنو كثير بعدين يقولو لهم الجهاز خرب تضحكو على مين الا فجاءة سبحان الله رحت و جيت الا اشتغل طيب و البنات الي راحو !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع واحد يخدم فوق ١٠٠ الف طالبه مو معقول سامبا لازم توسع الفرع او تفتح فروع ثانيه
مرتين رحت وجلست انتظر اربع ساعات وجيت من بدري الصباح
اتمنى فعلا يشوفوا حل للوضع
متعب جدا وضيعت كثير من وقتي

They changed the name and the content is still one. It is not normal. One system, but it works for the whole university!! You sit 4 hours waiting, God suffices for me, but it is not my turn ?

اليوم الي رحت لهم كان ما في زحمة
موظفة خدمة العملاء كان تعاملها رائع
بس العيب الوحيد في هذا الفرع ان ما
عندهم صرافة الخدمة الذاتية عشان يصير
فرع متكامل و مو لازم تأخذني مشوار

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة جدًا ا جدًا ا جدًا الفرع كان فاضي وفوق كذا الموظفات مافي احد ساعدني وقالوا لازم اروح جهاز الخدمة الذاتية ومشكلتي تتطلب حل من البنك وليس اجهزة الخدمة الذاتيه.
?للمعلومية تم حل مشكلتي في فرع الاهلي الاسكان
Very, very, very bad service. The branch was empty, and on top of that, the employees were not able to help me. They said I have to go to the self-service machine, and my problem requires a solution from the bank, not the self-service machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع لبنك الاهلي اخذت رقم من الساعة ١١:١٧
والى الساعة ١٢ ما جاء دوري
السبب وجود موظفتين فقط الاولى تخدم عميلة ، والعميلة منشغلة باجتماع اون لاين وتعطي رايها وتاخذ اراء بدل ما تخلص طلبها بالبنك ويبدأ دور اللي بعدها ! من قبل ١١:١٧ الى ان طلعت وهي لسى تشرح في الزوم واحنا ننتظر ! والعذر عند مديرة الفرع : " هي عندها عقد !"
والموظفة الثانية تضيع الوقت تشتغل ببطئ
