My urgent case was referred to the laboratory to check kidney and liver functions. The sample was withdrawn and transferred. Also to the diabetic foot clinic and I entered on the basis of the presence of a doctor to examine, but I only found nurses, so they bandaged my toe and took out the pus from my toe and told me to change the bandage after two days with them, so I visited them yesterday, December 23, 2021 and attended their time of rest and waited until they came back and my condition was worse than before. The pus returned and the finger became more inflamed. I took an antibiotic from outside the center. I checked with the director of the center, who was very helpful and understood my situation. She told me that there was no diabetic foot doctor, neither in the center nor in King Abdulaziz Hospital, and that the Ministry of Health did not provide them with any specialized doctor, whether for diabetic foot or the presence of A general surgery doctor is at the center on an ongoing basis, despite their repeated calls to the Ministry of Health and those in charge of it in Jeddah, and they told me that there is no diabetic foot doctor except in King Fahd Hospital. So, I thank all the employees who do their best according to the possibilities provided to them. This is a directive from a jealous citizen to the Ministry of Health. We hope to take care of diabetics, as this disease has become frighteningly prevalent among the segments of society, and the government has not hesitated to provide all services to citizens and residents in all fields, but whoever runs the helm in every service sector is concerned with this matter.
