★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this hospital for my eye's checkup but I found something very wierd specially the doctor was so unprofessional. First of all the doctor behaviour wasn't good, the doctor asked me that why you came here. I said for my eye's checkup then he told me that you could go to any hospital why you came to this hospital, I said that I heard from the people that magrabi is good hospital. That's why I came here. Then he started the treatment but soon I realized that he is in hurry and he's just wasting time.
I was asking for water because my BP was going down but they didn't give me water they said we don't have water and if you need water go outside buy it and drink.
When I went outside the room for water suddenly my BP went so down that I fell down on the floor and became unconscious But the doctor didn't come to me to see me.
I would like to thank all the nurses who helped me and give me water, I know that they are non muslim but atleast they have humanity.
I would pray to Allah that Allah give them place in jannat.
When I became conscious, I threw all the papers and report and came back to home, I will never ever go again to this hospital for any treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the hospital with my father. The nursing staff and doctor were fine. Problem was with receptionist and their supervisor. Receptionist entered wrong ID number, wrong insurance company details and wrong deductibles. Once receptionist's supervisor was called up, she didn't admit the mistake (even though the other receptionist understood the mistake). We ended up paying extra just to avoid further delay. Supervisor's attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional.

The hospital itself is old and disorganised is badly in need of proper management and punctuality control.. Noise level inside the hospital needs to be lowered..
The staff try their best but..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 3.5 hours for a follow-up, despite having an appointment. 1 star for very poor management. Medical staff have always been helpful though

Doctor Jeed was amazing and the Anesthesia doctor was very nice to me and gentle with my daughter. thanks a lot to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lasik & ICL surgery with Dr Mustafa Bali just two days ago. It was a very sweet and pleasant experience. I did not feel any pain at all. Dr Bali was really good in his field. I was put in a ward for observation. Nurses were all so friendly, welcoming & gentle. After surgery, i was immediately served food. I thought that was really nice.
The only thing is the waiting time, it took 1 hr or more. But that’s not really a problem. Surgery was more important and Alhamdulillah everything was worth my money. Follow-ups were also done without any additional charges.
Well done Magrabi Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I am under medication I will give view once I complete the needed treatment. Said that rest assured that so far your services starting from reception to medication are second to none. Your receptionist, nurses, administrative staff, OP doctors, surgeons are friendly, dedicated with God on their side are productive.
