I swear by God Almighty, I bought a company for me for 3 days. My father surrendered the car and called and went to the branch and no one met me. How is this, my brother? It is forbidden for you to deliver the car.

Underlining the customer, a non-existent employee, an Indian worker who runs the shop coldly, says the car ladder in any second branch. The worst rental company for life is a bad customer service. An Egyptian supervisor does not end up serving the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيدين نوعا ما والأسعار في فرع المطار مرتفعة وبخصوص الخدمة لم أجربها معهم ولكن في المعدل تعتبر سريعة مقارنة بالمؤجرين الآخرين في المطار.
بخصوص فرع السليمانية كانت الخدمة سريعة باستلام السيارة وإلغاء التفويض
Quite good and the prices in the airport branch are high and regarding the service I did not try it with them but on average it is fast compared to other renters at the airport.
Regarding the Sulaymaniyah branch, the service was fast by receiving the car and canceling the authorization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف شركة غير جيدة، تجربتي معهم سيئة، سيارة ٢٠٢١ طلعت من المطار وفيها أصوات واثار غبار. يبدو انها خارجة من زرشة سمكرة للعميل.. لم يتم التشييك عليها.. عندما أردت تغييرها لم اجد فروع منتشرة لهم في الرياض متاح في الساعه ١٠.٣٠ م.. رجعت للمطار وقفلوا العقد وباقي فيه نص يوم!! واضطريت استأجر سيارة بعقد جديد..
Unfortunately, a not good company, my experience with them was bad, the 2021 car came out of the airport with sounds and traces of dust. It seems that it came out of the customer's plumbing plant.. It was not checked.. When I wanted to change it, I did not find any branches spread for them in Riyadh. It was available at 10.30 pm.. I went back to the airport and they closed the contract and there was half a day left!! I had to rent a new car.
