مكتبهم كله دخان العمال يدخنوا في نفس المكتب مع عدم فتح النوافذ
يداوم الموظف بعد أن يحضر الزبون بربع ساعة تقريبا
سياراتهم قديمة غالبا
سياراتهم متسخة بالداخل ويكتب في التقرير أن نظافتها جيدة
سياراتهم مكتمة برائحة الدخان
أحيانا لا تجد سيارة مناسبة متوفرة
عندهم عامل مصري يقول لي تعال بنبرة سيئة كأني صبي عنده عشان أدخل الرقم السري لبطاقتي الصرافة.
العامل الذي يسجل الصدمات في السيارة لا يسجل جميع الصدمات حتى طريقته في التسجيل خاطئة بحيث يشير بقلم أسود والصورة مكتوبة بقلم أسود
أخذت سيارة خربانة فيها علامة تنسيم الإطارات بالرغم من تعبئة الإطارات.
السيارة الاي استأجرتها توجد بها كشافات لكنها مكسورة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع هذه الشركه كانت محبطه جدا للأسف حيث انني استأجرت من عندهم سياره استغرقت عمليه التسجيل فوق النصف ساعه حيث ان الموظف مازن المالكي على مايبدو انه مبتدئ وغير ملم بالاجراءات طلبوا مني التوقيع على مايقارب اربع صفحات ومن ضمنها تعهد وأيضا سند أمر وفي الحقيقه لم يسبق لي ان أحد المكاتب يطلب مني كل هذه الإجراءات والتعهدات وأخبروني كذلك انه في حال انكب عصير على المقاعد يجب علي دفع مبلغ ٢٠٠ ريال وفي الواقع قد لايستحق الامر ٢٠ الى ٣٠ ريال السياره كانت تقف في الشارع الاخر حيث انه يتوجب علي قطع الشارع العام والذهاب اليها لتفقدها طلبت من العامل احضارها امام المحل حيث ان المواقف عديده وغير مشغوله ومخصصه للمحل وأمام المحل مباشره بالكاد ذهب وأحضرها وأيضا طلب مني دفع مبلغ تأمين ٥٠٠ ريال قبل انصرافي من المكتب وبعد ان تحاوزت مده التسجيل النصف ساعه اخبروني بأنهم أخطأوا في تسجيل عداد السياره مما اضطرني الي المكوث الى ان اصدروا عقد جديد السياره الي استأجرتها هونداي النترا يوم واحد فقط مبلغ الإيجار ١١٥ ريال شامل الضريبه وبالنسبه للتأمين استرجعته ثاني يوم تجربه لن تتكرر بإذن الله

تم أتهامي بألتفحيط وأخذ مني ٥٠٠ ريال تعويض الكفرات
انا ما اعرف التفحيط ولا أنا راعي تفحيط
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
المشكلة أني موقع سند أمر يعني حقي ضايع عندهم ولاكن عند ربك ما يضيع حق احد.
الكل تمر به ضروف ويحتاج سيارة أجار نصيحة أبتعد عن هذا المكتب
وتاكد من وضع السيارة قبل الاجار والكفرات أهم شي ولا توقع سند أمر
