★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سئ للغاية لعدة أسباب:
1َََ- اثاث قديم ومسكات الابواب مخلعة ولايوجد صابون?.
2- لايوجد موظف استقبال وتجد عامل نظافة يطلب منك تسجل بياناتك بنفسك في العقد ?
3- دخلت الساعة 7 ص وطلب مني الخروج الساعة 3 ظهر فقط 8 ساعات ظلم المفروض ما اطلع إلا بعد يوم ونص بحكم اني دخلت بعد الفجر.
4- صاحب الشقق رجل كبير في السن اخلاقه سيئة وعند خروج المستأجر لقضاء حاجة خارج المبنى يدخل الشايب(المالك) الغرفة ويطفي المكيف وياخذ الشامبو .
5- قبل موعد الخروج يتم ازعاجك بقرع الباب حتى تكره المكان وتغادر.
? عمري 45 سنة لم اجد أسوأ من السكن فيه كانت تجربة سيئة.
 Too bad for several reasons:
1- Old furniture, door handles loose, and no soap.
2- There is no receptionist and you find a cleaner asking you to record your data yourself in the contract ?
3- I entered at 7 a.m. and he asked me to go out at 3 p.m. only 8 hours. Injustice. It was assumed that I did not come out until a day later and a text stated that I entered after dawn.
4- The owner of the apartments is an old man with bad manners. When the tenant leaves for a need outside the building, the (owner) enters the room, turns off the air conditioner and takes the shampoo.
5- Before leaving, you will be disturbed by knocking until you hate the place and leave.
? I am 45 years old and I have not found anything worse than living in it was a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جدا موضف الاستقبال ولا يوجد مغاسل ملابس ولايوجد مايكرويف وسعرها مرتفع جدا وبعض الغرف لايوجد بها ايضا غلاية ماء

وبحكم موقعه تحته سوبرماركة وامامه مطبخ ومطاعم المضياف العربي
والاسعار طيبه
والنظافه مره حلوه وشغل مرتب

اضف الى ذلك ان شفاط مطبخ الشقة المجاورة عندي في الصالة يعني تفصيل غلط
وعند الدفع طلب الاستقبال مني المبلغ نقداً ورفض الشبكة!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظافة مقبولة ، تنفع استراحه للنوم فقط اما فترة طويلة لا أنصح بها بحكم موقعها مقابل مطعم وبالأخص يوم الجمعة تلف وتدور علشان تحصل موقف الشيء الجميل تحت سوبر ماركت ومخبز محسوبة لها كمان قريبه من المخرج السيل

بعض الشبابيك مقفله بشريط لاصق
المكيفات وسخه
والمشكله السعر غالي جدا عليها
نصيحتي شوف الشقه قبل تدفع وراح تعرف الي اقصده
شوف الشقه واحكم
صحيح مساحتها لا بأس بها لكن ليست للاستخدام الادمي
كان ودي اتكلم عن ايجابيه لكن لم أجد وياليت فيه نص نجمه كان اعطيتهم
