★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف وقت اجازة منتصف العام 1440 لم اجد سيارة اجار بمكة كلها يقول بسبب الزحمة ؟ طيب وقت رمضان والحج ايش راح يكون؟ اتوقع مكة فيها 10000 الاف سيارة اجار والمستأجرين لايقل عددهم عن مية الف شخص!!!?
Unfortunately, at the time of the mid-year vacation 1440, I could not find a rental car in all of Makkah. He says because of the traffic? Ok, the time of Ramadan and Hajj, what will it be? I expect Mecca with 10,000 thousand rented cars, and the tenants are no less than a hundred thousand people!!!?

لا تستاجر سيارة من هذا المحل ابدا ..
انا عميل لهذا المحل من ٢٠١١ بحكم اني اعمل خارج مكه فارحع اجازات لاهلي ..
السيارة الصعيرة عندهم ١٠٠ الى ١٥٠ ريال و ياخذ عليك تامين علي السيارة ٢٥٠٠ ريال كاش فوق الايجار في حال صار عليك حادث لا قدر الله ولك ٢٠٠ كيلو يوميا ..
لكن فيها مشاكل كثيرة بحكم انها سيارات قديمة و ماشية كثير مثل (مكيف حار واعطال ميكانيكية و ما تسرع عشان العجلات فيها رجة و ممسوحة ) و غير هذا السيارة تستلمها وسخه و فيها قشر فستق وفصفص و اوراق و قمايم ..
المسؤل عن المحل واحد سعودي دلمخ (معوق فكريا) لا يهش و لا ينش و لا يقول انبع ?? ..
و تارك مصري مروح يلعب في المحل و الزباين علي كيفه ..
العام الماضي اتصلت علي المحل اكثر من مرة بسبب المكيف قال لي السعودي المسؤل عبي المكيف فريون و جيب فاتورة نعوضك عليها ..
لما رجعت السيارة لم يعوضوني علي الفاتورة و الطلي السعودي جحدني و انكر و خرج من المحل و لا عاد يرد علي الجوال ..
و المصري قال لي انا ما قلت لك و اللي قال لك يعوضك ..
حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل عليهم ..
هذي السنة لما رجعت في ٢٠ رمضان استاجرت سيارة من المفتاح في المطار عن طريق النت ..
والله ثم والله انها افضل بكثير ..
سيارات جديدة ٢٠١٨ - ٢٠١٩ ، نظيفة ، عندهم خدمة المساعدة علي الطريق ، لك ٢٥٠ كيلو في اليوم ، وبسعر خيالي ٨٩ ريال يوميا و من غير التامين الكاش، رحت فيها مكة و جدة و المدينة من احسن ما يكون ..
فنصيحة ياخوان لا تستاجر من هذا المحل ابدا روح شوف غيرهم ..

I am a customer of this store since 2011 because I work outside Mecca, so I take vacations for my family..
The small car they have is 100 to 150 riyals, and they take insurance on the car, 2500 riyals in cash above the rent in the event that you have an accident, God forbid, and you have 200 kilos per day..
But there are many problems due to the fact that they are old cars and many livestock, such as (hot air-conditioning, mechanical faults, and they do not speed up because the wheels are shaky and wiped), and other than this, the car receives it dirty and has pistachio peel, cloves, leaves and rubbish..
The person in charge of the shop is a Saudi who is Dalmakh (intellectually handicapped) who does not falter, does not rise, and does not say spring ??..
And he left an Egyptian fan playing in the shop and the customers as he was..
Last year, I called the store more than once because of the air conditioner. The Saudi official told me, “Play the air conditioner with Freon” and bring a bill to compensate you for it.
When I returned the car, they did not compensate me for the bill, and the Saudi painter denied me and denied and left the shop and did not answer the phone again..
And the Egyptian told me that I did not tell you, and the one who told you will compensate you.
Suffice God and yes, the agent for them ..
This year, when I came back on the 20th of Ramadan, I rented a car from the key at the airport via the Internet.
By God, then by God, it is much better.
New cars 2018-2019, clean, they have a roadside assistance service, you get 250 kilos per day, and an imaginary price of 89 riyals per day and without cash insurance, I went to Makkah, Jeddah and Madinah from the best..
So my advice, brothers, never rent from this shop. Go see others.
