★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a good budget hotel in riyadh. i think i have stayed here a couple of times now. the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. the rooms are clean but you have to specify that you dont want a smoking room. the location is very strategic and is near granada mall. parking for cars has never been a problem. there is a cafe at the ground floor. only thing i didnt like is the breakfast. but then again, you can easily go to ihop or nearby restos. all in all 4/5. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good to stay and it's near in many restaurant and Cafe and even you can have a 3 kilometers walk round the shuhada park. But sad to say that the cleanliness is not maintained. There are no towels or tissue avail when I got the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is meant to cater visitors of nearby Industrial locations. An average place to stay with basic amenities. You should ask for towel if they don’t keep, room service is okay for the room rate they charge.
