Dirty carpets
Wet bathroom with a broom just sitting there.
Bed sheets had bed bugs and we had to leave and they didn't offer a refund or even half the money that was paid.
I will never be staying here again and I will warn people about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it's a short stay, stay here; it's close to everything and the staff are mostly nice and welcoming. I'm staying for more than three months here, and the rooms are spacious and has nice amenities that rarely break. The downside is that you can't treat it like a private home since the kitchen is small and it has small room for the dishes. They won't clean the dishes, and the facility is understaffed (4 workers for 70+ rooms.) If you're arriving before 4 pm, ask for Hisham and tell him I recommended the place.

The attitude of the staff 0 star.
I walk in one day to book the room for next day, the receptionist said ok and we agreed on the price. When I came there next day with luggage they asked 80 Riyals more on the agreed price (the receptionist in the morning). The receptionist behaviour was also rude, he was busy watching something in his phone.
I left the place and will never recommend this hotel to anyone
