Very bad experience with customer support Centre
I’m not recommending this store because of bad support they give
They need to increase there experience how to deal with your clients
They sold me broken screen and they refused to change it
They brought damaged screens from the Emirates to sell them here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 moths late delivery, I returned an item, 6 months for refund, wrong amount, 2 more months for right refund, over refunded, harrased at inappropriate times to give right amount back, I go to the store & no one is there, 2 more visits & finally someone's there, they ask for more for no reason, I give it anyway just to shut them up (almost 12 riyal more so it wasn't a big deal). They've been calling me on a monthly bases just to haraas me regarding that purchase, they want me to go to the store & sign some papers, they refused to clarify what is in regard of.
Long story short, don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Granada. Parking isn't to great but the store is a decent size. Our experiences so far has been satisfactory. Seen a lot of workers standing around doing nothing. It's a busy store with some great deals. Good competitor for extra.
