I went with a broken ps4 pro suspecting that its mother board has to be changed and it was out of warranty but the employee didn't know that and assumed it was under warranty, the shock was he mentioned that if the mother board needs to be changed then they would replace my ps4 with a "replenished" one not a new one! (a used fixed ps4 pro). I diced not use their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV got broken, called customer care to ask about fixing price and he doesn’t have the answer even as estimate !! I should carry the tv and drive all the way to see if fixing cost fits me or not. SMH

I have issue on my Philips water pump with warranty bill.He refused to take the complaint from me.He told me that bring the cotton box I don’t know what they will do with that box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this service center with a broken Sony 55” smart TV screen. The estimated cost was almost equal to the new one or 1.25 times higher than my purchase cost (purchased almost a year back). If Sony or it’s dealer cannot provide repair services at reasonable price than it’s better to purchase a Chinese TV. I’ll not buy Sony products in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional at all . They returned my blender after 3 days telling there is no issue but still the issue is the same that it not working good . Moreover they missed to returned some screws which I discovered after back home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front line staff is speaking as if he had some old score to settle with me. This is not the way to deal with customers. If any sony item gets damaged i'll immediately buy a sumsung one next time.
