★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تاخير في التركيب اكثر من شهر و غير كذا بعدة مدة جو ركبو الدولاب بعد كلمناهم اكثر من مره بدون السطح و الابواب و لهم اكثر من اسبوعين اتواصل معاهم محد يرد و الموظف اللي في الفرع لكيع و تعامله جدا سي و يوعدك بوقت و يخلف فيه صراحة تعاملهم مع الزباين سئ لاخر درررجة و ندمت اني عملت عندهم .
The installation was delayed for more than a month, and for a while, they rode the cupboard, after we spoke to them more than once without the roof and the doors. They have more than two weeks. I communicate with them. With customers, it was bad for the last time, and I regretted that I worked for them.

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً لان الجودة ليست كما هو معروض والسعر عالي بالنسبة للمنتج والجودة ايضاً المماطلة في التركيب واختلاف المواصفات عن المتفق عليه . والمصيبة انهم يتوقعون ان العميل لا يفهم شيئًا فتجدهم يعدلون بعض العيوب امامك وكيف ما تكون النتيجة اهم شي يمشي شغله يعني اذا ما تراقبهم في كل شي فسترى ما لا يرضيك . ايضاً الحرص على استلام المبلغ نقداً واذا دفعت زاااادت المماطلة!!

I do not recommend dealing with them at all because the quality is not as displayed and the price is high for the product and the quality also the delay in installation and the different specifications from what was agreed upon. The problem is that they expect that the customer does not understand anything, so you find them correcting some defects in front of you. Also, make sure to receive the amount in cash, and if you pay, the procrastination will increase!!
