★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عبارة عن شقق للايجار اليومي عادية جدا وقديمة من الداخل بل وكئيبه نزلت في شقة رقم 403 مكونة من 3 غرف لاترتقى لان تكون شقق فندقية
لا انصح بها للعائلات الراقية وسعرها متوسط والغريب انهم يأخذون تأمين مقدم عند الدخول
الاخ المصري اللي في الاستقبال محترم وبشوش بوجه الزبون عامل حامل الحقائب ايضا محترم وخلوق شكرا لهم
It consists of apartments for daily rent, very ordinary and old from the inside, but rather depressing. I stayed in Apartment No. 403 consisting of 3 rooms, not up to be hotel apartments
I do not recommend it for high-end families, its price is average, and it is strange that they take pre-insurance upon entry
The Egyptian brother at the reception is respectful and happy with the customer. The baggage handler is also respectful and generous, thank them

و فيه عند الرسبشن منطقة العاب انبسطو الاولاد الحمدلله

دخلونا على اكثر من غرفة لنزلاء بالغلط
وتعامل اسوأ من الموظفين بالاستقبال وسوء تصرف
مكان لا يحترمك ولا يقدرك كزبون ابعد عنه ولا تفكر تقعد فيه
Bad to the extreme
They entered more than one guest room by mistake
And the worst treatment of the staff in reception and misbehavior
A place that does not respect you and does not value you as a customer, stay away from it and do not think about sitting in it

موظف الإستقبال قام بإلغاء الحجز من بوكينج و عملها إقامة مباشرة من الإستقبال.
و عند طلب سرير إضافي أعطونا مراتب عمال و بعد مشكلة قاموا بتغيرها.
حجزنا الإقامة بالافطار و في يوم نسيوا يطلعوا الإفطار للشقة (شقة ٣ غرف) و المدير قال لي انه أخطأ بالنسيان و هيرد قيمة الإفطار و لم يحدث ذلك.
ده غير ان الشقق غير نظيفة بالمره.
Very bad place and I don't recommend it at all
The receptionist canceled the reservation from the booking and made the stay straight from the reception.
And upon requesting an extra bed, they gave us workers mattresses, and after a problem they changed it.
We booked accommodation for breakfast, and on one day they forgot to bring breakfast to the apartment (a 3-room apartment), and the manager told me that he had forgotten and he'd paid the breakfast, and that didn't happen.
Also, the apartments are not clean at all.
