I leased a car model 2018 with full insurance when I bring it back, the guy point to 1 millimeter dot in windshield and asked for compensation. I asked to meet the supervisor who eventually backup.

1: Rude staff
2: New models car but filthy from inside. Give car to customer with out cleaning.
3: No water for cleaning wind screen.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I'm a client for this agency and usually I rent from airport, that was the 1st time I rent from this branch... I called the customer service and they informed me that the branch has many cars, then they listed them... when I arrived to the branch, he told me that he has only one car! I rent it... and there was a cockroach in the car...! The weird thing is that the customer service always call me after each time I rent but after that one they did not!
