تعامل في المكتب الصغير الي في حي السلامة موظف تعامله تعامل
مزري الصراحة والشركة دي معاد اتعامل معاهم لانهم يوظفوا ناس محسبين نفسهم يتعاملوا مع سجون انصح الشركة بانها تراجع
موظفينها في الفرع الصغير الي في السلامة
واتمنى انهم لما يوظفوا اي احد يسوله مراجعة كل فترة وفترة
تعامل سيئ وما انصح احد يتعامل معاهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان تجربه غير مرضيه. اخدت من عندهم الانترا خربت المكينه وشالو السياره وتم تغريمي 10الاف في المحكمه لين دحين

سيارات معطله وموظفين مافي اي تجاوب منهم
بلغتهم انه السيارة ترتفع حرارتها والمهندس تبع الشركة طلب مني اني اتوجهله مع العلم السيارة بترفع حرارة وغير الكمبروسر وقال السيارة تمام تقدر تمشي
والان المره الثانية تتعطل ومافي اي استجابة شركة سياراتها جداً سيئة الافضل لك انك تستخدم تاكسي او شركة ناقله ولا تستاجر منهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بحكم زياراتي المتكرره لجده تعاملت مع كذا مكتب تأجير وصراحه هذا كان افضل مكتب تعاملت معاه من بينهم تعامل الموظفين رائع اسعارهم مناسبه افضل وارخص من بعض الشركات المعروفه والسياره م شاء الله شبه جديده

الله يسعده كان جدا متعاون وخلوق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يوجد موظف اعتدا على اهلي بالكلام وبالالفاض الخادشة وتواصلت مع الموظف وبلغتو بأن كلامك حيوصل للجهات المعنية وتم انكار جميع ما سبق وادعى المثالية وما حسكت على حقنا اتصل وقال عليكم بلاغ هروب وتفحيط سلمو السيارة ولمن راجعنا الفرع قلتلو ابغا البلاغ والدورية قال واحد من الادارة اللي شافكم في طريق المدينة تفحطو كيف تصييير ؟؟؟ مادري غير الكذب والوقاحة تم تهديدي بتسليم السيارة ارجوووو من الادارة سرعة التواااااصل معي اسم الموظف اسامة فرع السلامة الصغيير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deducted 200 sar from my advance payment and reason they informed ... due to a small scratch underneath the bumper which could be of 2 or less than a cm which was not in my knowledge as how it was happened and it could be possible that the scratch was already in the car as i did not scan cars from underneath.. This was seriously unfair and very poor practice..
if it was my mistake and penalty was reasonable I should be paying it without their noticing of it either ... I was renting from them in different occasions and never faced such an ill judgment on a small scratch which I am sure did not happen during my rented tenure.
