★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معاملة سيئة جدا جدا جدا الادمي سايبني ويتكلم مع أصحابه وعشرة مرات اسئله كم اليومية حق السيارة ولا يرد كاني جدار حقيقي هذي الأشكال لازم تنقرض

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز سيء جدا يقومون بتسليم السياره باوساخها و يطلبون مبلغ لغسيل السياره عن الارجاع ، تعامل الموظفين سيء جدا لا ينصح بالتعامل معهم و اسعارهم مرتفعه جدا ، الموظف متخوف من التعريف عن اسمه لكي لا يحاسب لدى الادارة .
The center is very bad. They deliver the car with its dirt and ask for a sum of money to wash the car for the return. The employees are very bad, it is not recommended to deal with them and their prices are very high. The employee is afraid of his name being known so that he will not be held accountable by the administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد ورطوني بمخالفات على اسمي بعد تسليم السيارة حيث لم يلغوا التفويض بعد التسليم
ومنذ شهر ونصف الى الان لم يسددوها ومستمرين في المماطلة
تعامل سيء ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير متلزمين بمواعيد العمل .. خاصة بالفترة الصباحية . ، اسعار التأجير مرتفع مقارنة بسعرها الأساس ، لانجد تجاوب على الاستفسارات في واتساب رغم مراسلتهم اوقات الرسمية ، العديد من السيارات متسخة ، السيارات المخدوشة لايتم اصلاحها رغم ان لديهم تأمين شامل وتأمين عند استأجار السيارة.
رغم كل تلك السلبيات لايعتي انهم سييئين، لكنهم يحتاجون أن يتعلموا كيف يمكن أن يكونوا أفضل..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لما جيت اسلم السياره طلعولي عيووووب ما كنت ادري عنها و حسبوها عليا .. و للان ما لغو التفويض ولا رجعولي التأمين (١٠٠٠) ريال و كلمت المدير يقولي اشتكينا محل ما تبي روحو ديوان المظالم ?!!!! اسلووووب سيء جداً في التعامل و نصب و احتيال مع العلم اني امس رجعتلهم سياره لاني اكتشفت ان فيها عيب مخفي برضو !!
