أكملنا معهم ٤ أشهر تقريباً ولم نستلم المطبخ كاملاً حتى الآن
المعروض في معرضهم غير تماماً ما يقدم للزبائن
ووعودهم كلام فقط فقد استلموا كافة حقوقهم
عمالهم لا يعملون كفريق واحد المسؤولين عن التركيب غير المسؤولين عن الرخام
والأخطاء بالكووم
لا أنصح أحد بالتعامل معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتنا معهم كانت سيئة وقعنا العقد في 4 مايو على أساس يجهز المطبخ 25 يونيو ومرت ثلاث أشهر ولم يكتمل تركيب المطبخ
ليس لديهم وفاء ولا إلتزام بالموعد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة موظف المعرض خلوق وشغل المصنع نظيف جداً لكن عامل التركيب سيء واخلاقه خايسه وشغله كله غلط تركيبهم اللي بس بيخلص غلطتي ماوقفت عليهم الابواب ماكانت موزونه تقريبا كلها بدون مبالغه والمسكات حقت الابواب اللي مايله يمين واللي مايله يسار جد خرب المطبخ كله

الدولايب مركبة مائلة مع ارضية المطبخ بدون ميزان والمياه تتسرب من نهاية الطاولة للارضية
مما ادى الى ميلان الرخام وتخاصموا بالمطبخ على مين الحق تركيب الدولايب ولا اللي ركب الرخام
والمشرف الفني زي الاطرش في الزفة
تركيب المسكات للابواب غير متناسقة وحدة مرتفعة والثانية نازلة
سلة التنشيف مركبة مخفية داخل الدولاب فوق الحوض والسلة اعرض من الحوض والمياه تتساقط على الرخام
طلبت تقرير بالاخطاء وتهربوا والموضوع لازال متوقف ولا همهم العميل ورضا العميل
دفعت فوق 19 الف ريال واستلمت مطبخ مايسوى 5 الاف ريال
لايغركم تعاملهم قبل الاتفاق والدفع
