جودة العمل والتركيب اعطيهم ٥٠ من ١٠٠
يوجد تأخير في المواعيد
لا ينصحوا لك في بعض الاكسسوارات انها غير عملية ولا يواكبوا الجديد في بعض الاكسسوارات
الصيانة مواعيدها متعبة والا تتصل أكثر من مرة
الفرع هذا بالذات يحتاج إدارة حازمة وقوية واهتمام بالعملاء أكثر
The brotherhood dealings in the King Abdulaziz Road branch in Medina are not good
Quality work and installation give them 50 out of 100
There is a delay in appointments
They do not advise you on some accessories that they are impractical and do not keep up to date on some accessories
Maintenance is punctual and does not call more than once
This particular branch needs more firm and strong management and customer attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سي بالتعامل مانصح بتعامل مع المحل فصلت مطبخ وباقي قطعه لها ٤ اشهر ماجابوها
I wouldn't recommend dealing with the shop, I separated a kitchen and the rest of the piece is 4 months old, they didn't answer it

لكن للاسف الجوده صفر بالميه
والصيانه شهر لحد
ما يردوا عليك
تجربه سيئه ولا انصح به ابدا
Dealing with detail and agreement is above wonderful
But unfortunately the quality is zero percent
And maintenance is a month until
What do they answer you?
Bad experience and would never recommend it

٢. لا ينصحوا للعميل ويبينوا الفروقات
٣. اتعجب من عدم تدوير الموظفين اثنين موظفين لهم سنين في هذا الفرع وصاير رباطيه بينهم ضد العملاء
٤. الصيانة لديهم سيء ويعطوك سعر اغلى من السوق لعلمهم بحاجتك لهم
٥. المواعيد سيئة جدا
٦. ترجع لهم بعد التفصيل للزيادة يرفعوا السعر عليك وبستغلوك
٧. لا يفرقون بين عميل لديهم وفصل من عندهم الاهم استغلاله ورفع السعر عليه
اتمنى من صاحب المؤسسة تغيير الموظفين من جنسية عربية في هذا الفرع لانهم سبب مشاكل مع العملاء وفيهم استغلال وسوء معاملة
1. King Abdulaziz Roundabout Branch The treatment of employees of Arab nationality is very bad

4. The maintenance they have is bad and they give you a more expensive price than the market because they know you need them
5. Very bad timings
6. You return to them after detailing the increase, they raise the price on you and they will exploit you
7. They do not differentiate between a client they have and separate from them, the most important thing is to exploit it and raise the price on it
I wish the owner of the establishment to change the employees of Arab nationality in this branch because they cause problems with customers, and they are exploited and mistreated
