★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف كنت أتمنى وجود تقييم أقل من نجمة! تجربتي سيئة للغاية معهم بالذات في جودة الرخام والضمانات الكاذبة!! خلال أقل من 5 سنوات اغلب اجزاء الرخام متشققه ومتكسره وفوق هذا كله عليها ضمان 10 سنوات ولكن للأسف بعد شراء المطبخ يتم اهمال المستهلك وعدم التجاوب معه!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لهم خبره طويله وفي السابق كانوا ممتازين من ناحية الجوده فصلت عندهم قبل ثلاث سنوات لكن للأسف الرخام سيئ ويتضح معك في حوض المجلى بعد الأستخدام تشققات وسواد لايمكن ازالته لذلك انصحهم بالتركيز على جودة الرخام والفصالات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمنى من شركة مكه للمطابخ اعاده النظر في التعامل مع العملاء بشكل محترم ، وذلك بسبب سوء تعامل المسؤول ، والا سيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية بحق الشركة بسبب إهمال المشكلة .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلنا عنده مطبخ صاج لسه دوبه عمره اسبوع ، خدمة البيع كانت ممتازة والسيد الاحمدي كان جدا متعاون معنا، الاجهزة اشتريناها عن طريقنا وطبعا هم مايركبو لك الاجهزة والحوض يعني لازم يكون كهربائي وسباك لتوصيل الكهربا والسباكة ، خلال التركيب كانو ينشرو القطع داخل صالة البيت وحصلت خدوش في الرخام، السعر غالي شوي ، عموما اقول انه جيد وما اعرف مستقبلا كيف خدمة الصيانة حتكون ?خلونا ندفع كامل المبلغ عن طريق الكاش وهذه مشكلة بحد ذاتها ?
اليوم وبعد سنة تقريبا من تركيب المطبخ ، انصح ما احد يسوي دواليب صاج الا في حالة وجدو حل للاطراف لانها حادة زي السكينة ، الدواليب جيدة الا اطرافها الخطيرة ، الرخامة اللي اخترناها طلعت خفيفة ماتتحمل وانشطبت لما العامل طلع يركب المروحة، نقاط زي دي ماتعرفي عنها الا بالاستعمال
