★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سرعه بالانجاز بس للامانه لما جيت استاجر من عندهم شهر طلع علي ب ٣٧٠٠ ودهلت موقع وحجزت منه شهر طلع لي ب ٢٦٠٠ فرق كبير جدددا بالسعر بس للامانه وقت الاستلام كان الموظف سريع بالانجاز

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've booked a reservation online a week before my flight and received the confirmation for it. when I arrived in the airport counter, the attending agent took some few minutes to entertain me. when he did, initially, he said he only have sunny instead of hyundai accent that i reserved. he made a phone call to someone and after, he told me the reservation was CANCELLED in their system!
Terrible! cancelled without any notifying the customer ?
Happened April 30. 9PM.
