★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحت عندهم ابغى اسوي تأمين ضد الاخطاء الطبية. رحت للرجال الي في الاستقبال يتكلم بطريقة غريبه ومن خشمه وكاره ام الدوام على الناس،، لطعني ربع ساعه بعدين حولني لواحد وقلتله ابغى تامين يقلي اليوزر مقفل اليوم تعال بكرة ???? يعني تصريف غريب والله كأنهم مايبغوا زباين ولا ايش مو فاهم غير الناس الي كانت موجودة وتشتكي من سوء الخدمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيئ جدا ومااخذت التقدير إلا بعد توكيل مكتب للمطالبة بالمبلغ؛؛ مع العلم المبلغ ١٥٠٠فقط والاوراق كلها سليمة؛؛ وزيادة ع ذلك قاموا بالرد ع شكواي ان العميل لايرد مع العلم ان الموظف دق دقة وفصل من اجل لايتم عليهم فرض غرامة من قبل البنك المركزي؛؛. هذا غير أخلاق الموظف عندهم الغير لائقة ابدا.
Very bad deal and the assessment was taken only after appointing an office to claim the amount ;; Knowing the amount is only 1500 and the papers are all in order. In addition, they responded to my complaint that the customer did not respond knowing that the employee was accurate and separated in order not to impose a fine on them by the Central Bank; This is not their employee manners that are never decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance company's Travel insurance provided through Visit Saudi is totally a scam. As an international tourist you keep calling on the numbers staff will never guide/help you. I had an medical emergency while visiting Saudi Arabia called company 100 times wrote the emails they never responded to my request and never showed any empathy to assist me.
COMPANY IS A SCAM for international travelers...
