★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave a very good compettive price for my car's comphrensive (Shamil) insurance and I went ahead with them. Technologically they are backward. No provision for Credit Card for Online transactions or at POS. Telephone operators do not speak English and customers would be discouraged about the company if they deal with such operators. They are not capable of giving any information you need. Without answering any question they ask you to go to their office for all your needs. On toll free or landline numbers you can never get to the person you want if you dont know his extension. Staff little weak on ettiquettes of dealing with customers. One of the staff took me to another and the other admonished him saying "dont bring the customers here" right in my presence which shows customers are unwelcome. He could have said that later to his collegue but not in my presence. However once you interact with the staff for a while, they are friendly and cooperative. Pace of work needs to improve. Overall it is a good agency, but required improvements are a must. Improvement in reception is desired too. It should not be a ego tussle between receptionists and customers. The reason I am writing a long review is : I liked the agency, particularly their competettive price is a benefit for customers. If deterrents discussed are removed it will help customers and the agency alike. Office is plush and modern.
