★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family visited Maghrabi Dental Centre, Prince Sultan for the first time. We were welcomed by the Manager Naveen, and explained step by step on the entire process. Naveen coordinated the entire process from making the the initial appointment, to seeing the correct Doctor. She even went as far as arranging for our next appointment with the correct Specialist. The Doctors were amazing! This was the best experience we have ever had at any Dental Centre. Naveen is definitely a gem to Maghrabi. Thank you so much!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time I made an appointment the receptionist was already very helpful and she made it easy for me to choose my schedule. I did tooth extraction here today with Dr. Mohammed Mohiddin. He was very professional and gave me thorough explanation before each treatment. Not to mention all the nurses were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Unfortunately I can’t use my insurance card directly here (cause I need the referral report) so I ended up paying cash but the receptionist said I will be able to get reimbursement once I bring the referral. I paid SAR 955 in total for the examination, x-ray and the tooth extraction. I’d suggest the receptionist to please give detailed information when patients book the appointment especially regarding the insurance policy so patients know what to expect. Other than that I’d recommend this clinic for anyone who needs to do tooth extraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Customer service was very disappointing. I arrived less than 10 min late to my appointment and after waiting for 15 min for someone to help me, I was informed that the dentist cancelled my appointment due to my being late (caused by my waiting without assistance). I then waited another 5 min for my ID cards to be returned. When asked to reschedule my appointment, I offered a strong “no thanks”. While Magrabi came highly recommended, I was thoroughly disappointed.

The worst telephone system. No one attends the call after preaaing Zero.
If you try to book appointment, you never reach the appointment person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A special thanks to Doctor Saeed Al-Zahrani for his astonishing treatment, he told kindness and his hands got the job done without causing any harm to my gum, best dentist experience i have ever had. Much respect and appreciation for his integrity and his manners, a decent doctor and a decent man, most and foremost a great example to all doctors. Looking forward to being his permanent patient.
A special thanks to Doctor Reham and her assistant nurse soumya for the special treatment, they took care of me and treated me very well.
