★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف راجعت عند دكتور جديد عندهم اسمه عبدالعزيز اتفقت معاه حشوه تجميل قال اللون غير متوفر قلتله انتظرك يتوفر وحط حشوه مؤقته ودفعت المبلغ كامل وطاحت تاني يوم ولما راجعت لعدم توفر نفس اللون طلبت استرد المبلغ رفعو تقرير للاداره ومارجعو فلوسي انا مني زعلانه عالمبلغ انا اضايقت لاني افترضت انو دكاتره راح يحفظو حقي لكن الحمد لله
Unfortunately, I went to a new doctor whose name is Abdulaziz. I agreed with him for a cosmetic filling. He said the color is not available. I told him to wait for it to be available and put a temporary filling and I paid the full amount and it fell the next day. When I went back to the lack of the same color, I asked for a refund, they submitted a report to the administration and they returned my money. I am upset with the report. I was annoyed because I assumed Doctors will protect my rights, but thank God

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شكرآ لدكتور احمد كاظم ماشاء الله دكتور مميز جدآ شغله اكثر من رائع وللأمانه روحت عيادات ودكاتره كثير مالقيت شغل نظيف زي دكتور احمد كاظم قمة في الأخلاق والاحترام يشتغل بذمه وضمير وعمل لي احلى ابتسامه ويعطي المريض حقه يتابع معاك حتى بعد التركيبات ومايخليك تطلع الا وانت مبسوط من النتيجه

السلام عليكم ورحمة انا دفعت مبلغ 2325 ريال لمجمع عيادتي لتقويم الأسنان عشان اسوي تقويم من قبل سنه ونص وما سويت التقويم نهائي وكنت اشتي اسحب فلوسي وكل يوم يماطلوا ووعود كذابه يقولي تعال بكره ولا بعد اسبوع ولا بعد شهر وعلى كذا مشت نص سنه وانا اطالب بفلوسي .
وبعد هذا كلو يقولي الدكتور روح اشتكي.
ونصيحه لوجه الله لا تدفعوا فلوسكم الا وانتم عارفين الناس وطرق معاملتهم لاني الان قاعد اشحت فلوسي منهم وهم بلا اي خجل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst dental clinic I've been to in my life, Totally unprofessional! I had braces applied with no history taken, no explanation of the procedure and no education on after care. I was charged for a service that I was not informed about. To make matters worse one of my braces fell out the same day I applied it, I made an appointment to have it put back only to get to the clinic and was told that the Dr was not in. They called in a lady that worked there to cut my wire instead of solving my problem and she still had the nerve to tell me to come back next month. I will not ever go back there even if I was offered millions of riyals. There are many dental clinics in Saudi Arabia, I hope nobody makes the mistake of going to this one.
