★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer for Alruqaib for a while now, but unfortunately they have disappointed me with a weak customer service as well as delivery. After several follow ups and waiting for almost 2 months I finally received a damaged item which they collected back on the same day and I never heard back from them! To be honest I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer since they opened and spent a lot of money on their products....the store sales people and products are top of the line....but that's it --- they give bogus delivery dates that can stretch to 3 or 6 months -- deliver wrong damaged products --- and wait and excuses and apologies drag on and on and on....
It's a pity the company has such great products and excellent potential

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service after waiting more than 9 months for my order (was supposed to be 2-4 weeks)I asked for a refund, after 5 months still haven’t received my money back and it seems no one knows exactly what to do, I have to follow up with them as they never follow up with me and it’s always the same answer in few days for sure…..
Will never ever buy any items from them
