★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انكسر الدولاب وانفك بعد ٨ شهور من التركيب وتم دفع اكتر من ١٢ الف ريال لشرائها.المحل يعرض ضمان ١٠ سنين بس للاسف لما تتواصل معاهم ما يردو عليك وتاخذ معاهم موعد صيانة وما يحضروا. للاسف اتمنى محد يغلط الغلطة اللي انا عملتها وتركيب دولاب من شركات معروفة.
 The cupboard broke and disassembled after 8 months of installation and was paid more than 12 thousand riyals to buy them. Unfortunately, I would like to make a mistake about the mistake that I made and install a cupboard from well-known companies.

وليه 5سنوات تقريبآ
الخشب رائع
والتصميم رائع ومتعاونين
والآن عندي بس شويه تصليحات في الأدراج ماقصرو اعطوني موعد
والدولاب لسه تحت الضمان ضمانهم 10سنوات على الخشب
عيبهم فقط إن مواعيدهم تاخذ وقت سواء في التركيب أو خدمه مابعد البيع
I took them dolabins
Laila is about 5 years old
The wood is gorgeous
The design is wonderful and helpful
Now I have only a few corrections in the drawers
The cupboard is under warranty for 10 years on wood
Their defect is only that their dates take time either in the installation or after-sales service

خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئة للغاية، لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا. بعد التركيب بفترة اسابيع قليلة بدأت تتفكك الخزائن حتى بدون استخدام يذكر. كذلك تركيبهم للمرايا في الابواب غير مدعم من الخلف ابدا و تهتز المرايا بشدة و اذا لا سمح الله كسرت ستسقط كلها ك قطعه كبيرة و قد تسبب اصابات خطيرة. طلب الصيانة يتم تجاهله منهم مع انهم يوعدوك بضمان 10 سنوات. لن اتعامل معهم مره اخرى و لا انصح احد بهم.
Bad after sale service
After sales service is very bad, I would never recommend dealing with them. A few weeks after installation, the cabinets began to disintegrate even without much use. Likewise, installing mirrors in the doors is not supported from the back, and the mirrors are severely shaken. The maintenance request is ignored from them even though they promise you a 10-year warranty. I will not deal with them again and do not advise anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف المصري الموجود في المحل جداً سيئ في التعامل !! وماعنده مصداقية !!! كل شوية يغير في السعر ولما قولتلو كدا قالي محد قلك تتعاملي معايا !!! والغريب انو مافي غيرو! وسئلت عن صاحب المحل يقول مافي غيري!!!!

هذا اسلوب بياع يتكلم مع عميل؟؟؟

اختلاف الشركاء وقفلو الفروع الا فرعين مايردون لا اتصال ولا يفيدونك وجه لوجه دافعه عربون عندك ضمان صيانه قبل الخلاف هذا كله ملغي عندهم
طالبين ادفع ع ضمان جديد عشان صار لكل فرع وكيل وش دخلني بخلافهم مدري!! والعربون نكروه بما انهم غيرو السستم رغم اني وريتهم الاثباتتات بس وزارة التجارة بتاخذ حق المتضررين ... وغير مقاساتهم الصغيره والي مايعطوك مجال تفصلي على كيفك كل شي محددينه من المصنع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصدمت من خفة الخشب ..التقسيمات والحلول المبتكرة جيدة داخل الدواليب لكن الباب الخارجي خفيف وما أتوقع يتحمل فترة طويلة .. نفس الفكرة رح أطبقها عند نجار محترف وخشبه أقوى .
