وقالوا موعد التسليم بعد شهرين
والله العظيم طوف على الموعد 20 يوم زيادة وبعد ما جيت استلمها طلع الشغل مختلف حاطين حاجة غير اللي اخترتها وخليتهم يغيرون نفس ما طلبت وجلسوا تقريبا أسبوع زيادة وجيت وحصلتها معروضه للزبائن
لكن حوالي 3 شهور على طلبيه شي مؤسف بصراحة
وفوق هذا كله السعر غالي جدا جدا
والله على ما أقول شهيد
أتمنى يراجعون أسعارهم والدقة بموعد التسليم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم،،، سأسرد قصتي باختصار شديد مع محلات مفتي،، طلبت طقم نفاس عبارة عن مفرش سرير وخداديتين وشنطة بيبي ومهد للبيبي و غطاء لعلبة المناديل ومفرش طاولة،، اول شي سيء: تعامل الشخص الموجود عالمكتب رجل طاعن ف السن واخلاقه لا تصلح ان يكون في مكان بيع واتفاق وتفاهم،، ثانيا مدة استلام الطلب لا تقل عن شهر،، ثالثا اسعار أعلى من غيرهم بكثير واحتمال السبب غلاء سعر إيجار المحلات بمركز التحلية،، رابعا عند قدومي لاستلام الطلب اكتشفت ان الطقم مكشوف ومعروض بالمحل بدون تغليف، فقاموا بتغليف عشوائي لارضائي واسكاتي،، وكان الطلب ناقص شنطة البيبي ومفرش الطاولة،، فوعدوني في خلال ٢٤ ساعه سيتم تجهيز النواقص،، وبعد ثلاث ايام من الاتصالات والحوارات عالواتس اب تم ارسال النواقص لي بشركة توصيل على حسابي الخاص والمفاجاة ان شنطة البيبي لم تكن كما طلبت ومفرش الطاولة أصغر من الطاولة بكثير واضطررت لاستخدامها بما ان المدام ولدت ولله الحمد ومافي وقت للرجوع والجدال مع مفتي،، ف حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم والله على ما أقول شهيد
