★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there atleast 5 times in different branches to open a new account and couldn't open an account due to several funny reasons. But this branch in particular was the worst. The system is down always (this is what they said). They guys don't want to work I guess. It's time to wake up guys !!

Also i receive message fro al rajhi due to not update your information tour account is closed visit nearest branch.
Why not bank informed earlier to bring this this documents at nearest branch or cant required documents submitted via email facility ?
Meanwhile, When i visit they told me bring national adress ,passport copy and iqama copy i said i dont know about all if i know i will bring hard copy but i have soft copy in email can you print.. they said we dont have print service.question is This is big bank dont you have a printer or anyone who supports your customer photocopy documents... really disappointed my yesterday visit.
