★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء سيئه جدا جدا جدا ، و مافي كادر كافي للخدمه يعني للمئة شخص و اكثر بحطوا موظفين اثنين و العملاء بضيع يومهم كلما في الانتظار ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء جدا جدا سيئة وللاسف حتى استمارتي انتهت من ثلاث سنوات وانا اراجعهم اكثر من سنة ونص وكل مرة نفس الكلام نشوف ونكلمك واحلى شي الموظف يقلك ضاعت المعاملة ولما جيت اخلص معاهم ودفعت الدفعة الاخيرة للسيارة قال ادفع 300 ريال رسوم تاخير لتجديد الاستمارة
طبعا الموظف موراضي يسمع ادفع وبس وامشي
بنك سيئ جدا جدا بالتعامل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ بنك اسوأ موظفين... لا خدمة ولا أخلاق ولا تعامل ولا شيء....
والله والله متاكد لو التقييم فيه اقل من نجمة او بالسالب؟ والله النجمة ذي ماحياخذوها من تقييمات الناس الي انظلمو عندهم....
تجلس ٣ ساعات اقلللل شيء عشان تخلص و ياريت تخلص... يصرفك الموظف بكم كلمة بس و بدون نفس...
موظفين، ادارة، رجال امن --> كل واحد اخس من الثاني في التعامل والناس تشتكي من سنييييين ولا في اي تجاوب و لا تحسين بالعكس من سيء لأسوأ...
نصيحة لوجه الله لا احد يطلع سيارة اقساط منهم والله كانت غلطة عمر و ندمت عليها ندم عمري??
