this new branch is much better than the old one.
huge with many many service counters.
Loved it.
there is an app for smartphones which do u some of theur services. " alamoudi Ex " .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The systems were not working i had to wait for 20 minutes and finally i left because the systems were down, the staff did not help me at all and they were pretty rude. Meanwhile i thought the exchange rates would be better but unfortunately it did not happen,

Also, they would not accept my National ID from ABSHER.
Felt like I was being interrogated rather than helped. As if I’m there to request a loan of a million riyal.
Horrible experience!
