★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقسم بالله اسوء فرع وكل مره نظامهم معطل واخلاق موظفيهم سيئة جدا جدا الحين ادخل وما عندهم احد سلمت ولا احد رد ورجعت سلمت ثاني مره ورد واحد من طرف خشمه وجلست يمكن دقيقتين وهو ساكت ويطالع الورق بعدين قال لي وش بغيت قلت عندي مشكله في اعاده تمويل قالي النظام عطلان !!!! طيب ليش انتظرت كل هالوقت عشان تقول النظام عطلان مفروض وانا عند الحارس تبلغوه ان النظام عطلان ولا يستقبل اي احد عموما حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في هالموظفين اللي ما يستاهلوا يكونوا بالمكان هذا وهذاك الموظف اللي اسمه زكي الصحفي من اسوء الموظفين بالبنك خلقا واخلاقا ومافي اي ضمير في شغله ونصيحه بنك كبنك الراجحي خلوا عند كل موظف تقييم اداء وعلى حسب معاملته مع العميل يآخذ تقيم ع الاسلوب وعلى كل شيء اقسم بالله ما تحصل هالناس المقررفه مستقبلا .
I swear to God, the worst branch, and every time their system is broken and the morals of their employees are very, very bad. Now I go in and they have no one. I delivered and no one responded. I came back. I delivered the second time, one came from the side of his nose, and I sat down, maybe two minutes, while he was silent and looked at the papers. Then he told me what I wanted. I said I have a problem with refinancing. The system is broken!!!! Ok, why did you wait all this time to say the system is an imposed malfunction and I am with the guard who informs him that the system is malfunctioning and does not receive anyone in general? God suffices me and yes, the agent in these employees who do not deserve to be in this place. This employee named Zaki the journalist is one of the worst employees in the bank in morals and ethics. His job and advice from a bank such as Al-Rajhi Bank, let each employee evaluate a performance, and according to his treatment with the customer, he takes an evaluation of the method and on everything, I swear to God, what will happen to these disdainful people in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الاسف اضعف فرع زرته اخلاق موظفيهم كانهم مجبورين على خدمة العملاء تسلم محد يرد ويتكلم الواحد من طرف خشمه وتاخير ماهو طبيعي رغم كثرة الموظفين وقلة العملاء المراجعين صراحة شي غريب على الراجحي نتمنى من مدير الفرع الوقوف على الموظفين وتحسين جودة الخدمه .
Unfortunately, the weakest branch I visited is the morals of their employees, as if they are obliged to serve customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in any bank. Lazy staff not know how to deal with customers. Very unprofessional staff asking everything with each other does not know how to perform banking operations. Average time for dealing with 1 cutomer is about 20 to 30 minutes. Do not open account at Al Rajhi . Seriously dissapointed ?
