Yesterday i gave my iPhone 12 customer service asked to wait for more than half hour jusy because he was busy with the new customers who wanted to apply scratch guards on there new mobiles or tablets.
Even when he took my mobile and said that the mobile will go to Riyadh and will take around 15 days.
My mobile had no scratch or damage still he put remarks for damage screen and even body is damage.
This was really shameful activity for them. I am a frequent buyer from Jarir and a member also.
