CLEANLINESS
There was a lack of cleanliness in the toilets. In the toilet, water pressure was very low, seat was broken, and the wash basin was shaking. Generally, the cleanliness was not maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good building.. Clean lobby .... Politeness is the main theme.... Rooms are spacious .... May accommodate single individuals and families.... Which are separated and located in different floors.... Food might be an issue.. Coz they don't serve any meals but they provide you with restaurants' leaflets.... Which might be convenient for some but I would encourage people to find local restaurants or one of the fast-food chains in the area.... Overall the place is suitable for a quick visit to town...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a double bed room @125 + 22 = 147 Saudi Riyals at booking.com. Suitable for short stay. Not very elegant but normal. LCD 32". Give it 2 Star as I am not feeling comfortable with family here. Accepts only Mada Card not Credit Card. Behaviour of Counter Person was rough. Will not recommend to friends, if they have a slight more budget. Parking is limited and have to park in streets. Coffee shop is inside building. WiFi available.
