★ ★ ★ ★ ★ King Faisal used to live in this palace during the summer while he was serving as the viceroy in Hijaz, he also married queen Effat and had prince Saud in this palace. The palace has a mix of Islamic and Romanian architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice house, it was interesting to walk around, unfortunately, wasn't able to go in. It is a shame the Saudis don't preserve their history better.? Worth a look if you're in the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This derelict mansion would be a great attraction if it was renovated and refurbished. The design and architecture speaks of an era of opulence long lost. The detail in the wooden carved windows and fine filigree paintwork is breath taking. The house is well-situated so that it still brings tourists to its doors.
Maintenance and cleaning up the outside area would certainly improve its appeal.
