★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء سيء سيء بمعنى الكلمة لا تعامل لا اسلوب لا اسعار موحدة كل شوي سعر يقولنا وفوق هذا كله عصب عشان عرفت انه فيه عدسه اقل سعر من الي جابها لي ودفعت اغلى من السعر الي انقال لي فوق هذا كله ولو فيه اقل من نجمه حطيتها ولكن الموظف السعودي الله يجزاه خير هو الي قالنا الاسعار الصحيحة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف قمت بشراء نظارة طبية مع عدساتها بقيمة 4000 ريال وعند استلام النظارة وتجربتها كانت ثقيلة وسببت الم لي فقمت بزيارة الفرع مرة أخرى لتبديل الإطار باخر خفيف ليخبرني الموظف انه لايوجد إطار نظارة يناسب العدسات لكي يغيره لي محل يوجد به اكثر من 1000 الف نظارة طبيه لايوجد به إطار يناسب العدسات وانه يجب علي دفع 2300 قيمة عدسات جديدة لكي يغير الإطار لي ،للاسف كنت زبونه دائمة لكن اخر تعامل والنظارة لن يتم استخدامها

شكراً لسلطان خصوصاً والموظفين، تم اعتماد المحل واقتراحه للاقارب بفضلهم الله يوفقهم.
